2 · Access

Read-only bank access where possible; accountant invites to QBO. We document who has admin rights in a shared memo.

3 · Rhythm

Monthly close calendar with your AP deadline. We don’t chase missing statements indefinitely—pause billing if the bottleneck is on the client side.

4 · Exit

Export package and handoff call when you outgrow us or switch CPA. No hostage data.
